Ingredients
- 2 packages of turkey skewers
- marinade - ready-made or prepared by yourself
- 2-3 pears
- 1 red grapefruit
- 1 honey melon
- a few hazelnuts
- 100 - 150 g of hard moulded goat cheese roll
- leaves of colorful seasonal lettuces
- leaves of young spinach
- leaves of young sorrel
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml of liquid multifloral honey
- 50 ml grainy mustard
- 20 ml of red wine vinegar
- canola oil chili
- sprigs of thyme for garnish
Preparation
- We marinate the skewers first, as the marinade is what makes the meat juicy. You can use a ready-made marinade, or make it yourself by mixing olive oil or oil and and vinegar, wine, lemon juice or mustard.
- Just a few hours in the marinade and we can grill, being careful only that the tender turkey meat does not burn. For seasoning, just use pepper and salt in small amounts. If we are in favor of spicy dishes, spray with chili oil.
- We can also grill pear halves on the grill. Colorful salad - cut one pear in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pear halves into ribbons or cubes. Peel the red grapefruit from the skin and divide into pieces. Gently remove the skin and divide them into 2-3 pieces.
- Wash the leaves of young spinach and sorrel and place them whole in a bowl, while cut the leaves of colorful salads into strips about 3-4 cm wide.
- Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds, and then extract the pieces of flesh with a kitchen spoon or punch out the inside and divide into cubes.
- Split the nuts and divide them into smaller pieces.
- To the juicy bouquet of fruits and seasonal leaves prepared in this way, we add a delicate dressing of grainy mustard and honey.
- Wine vinegar dressing:
Mix honey and mustard in a bowl, adding a little red wine vinegar and olive oil. We then let it sit for a few minutes so that the ingredients share the flavor.
