Ingredients
- package of turkey thigh roulade with parsley
- 0.5 kg of new potatoes or pampukhs
- small head of prairie cabbage
- 0,5 kg of carrots
- 0.5 kg of medium-sized mushrooms
- canola oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium onions
- 50 ml of red wine
- 1 apple
- half a lemon
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Prepare the roulade according to the recipe on the package in the oven.
- Slice mushrooms, and grate carrots into strips Fry on low heat in canola oil for about 15 minutes.
- Cut garlic into thin slices and add at the final stage of frying and be careful not to burn. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- The dish can be served with pampuchi (dumplings, steamed noodles) or new potatoes cooked in uniform.
- Red cabbage salad:
Cut the cabbage into strips and add a mousse of freshly grated apple, juice squeezed from a lemon and a splash of red wine. Mix the whole thing in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and let it sit for 0.5h to let the flavors exchange. - Roasting sauce:
The sauce that remains in the package after removing the roulade is poured into a saucepan, add 1/4 cube of butter and, stirring constantly, combine the two ingredients. Alternatively, you can use ready-made powdered or bouillon sauce.
