Fit ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Turkey Breast Schnitzel
  • jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (100 g)
  • 20 g of pumpkin seeds
  • fresh thyme leaves
  • fresh Frisse salata leaves
  • fresh leaves of young spinach
  • cress
  • a few medium potatoes
  • 2 avocado fruits
  • canola oil
  • salt and hammered pepper
  • juniper berries (spice)

Preparation

  1. Fry the schnitzels in canola oil until golden, transfer the hot ones to a bowl with aromatic sun-dried tomato oil to develop flavor.
  2. We add juniper berries. Pour the oil from the pan and put the cut ciabatta "butter down" on it for a while.
  3. Place a layer of young spinach and lettuce leaves on the warmed ciabatta.
  4. Cover them with aromatic tenderloins and slices of sun-dried tomatoes and fresh avocado.
  5. Then arrange another layer of leaves and cover with the top part of the ciabatta.
  6. Additions:
    Deep-fried jacket potatoes are seasoned with salt, pepper, herbes de Provence and coated with sweet red pepper. Serve the dish with half an avocado fruit and paprika fritters. To garnish, we can use cress shoots or thyme, which is available all year round.
