Ingredients
- 1 package of turkey breast meat for strogonov
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 150 g butter
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 200 gr of canned pelati or passata tomatoes
- 4 pieces of bay leaf
- 6 grains of allspice
- ground sweet paprika
- ground hot bell pepper
- 4 tablespoons of saree mustard
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 6 canned cucumbers
- 6 tablespoons of 30% cream
Preparation
- Dust the meat with flour and fry it in a hot pan in butter.
- Add finely diced onions and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and fry another minute. Pour in 100 ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Add tomatoes or passata, bay leaf and allspice. Season with paprika, salt and pepper, add mustard
- Add peppers cut into strips, mushrooms previously fried in butter until browned and canned cucumbers cut into strips. Add cream and bring to a boil.
- Serve with bread such as ciabatta, foccacia, baugiette.
