Ingredients
- Whole turkey breast fillet with skin
- 3 onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 leek
- 3 yams
- olive oil
- rosemary
- thyme
- salt and hammered pepper
Preparation
- Slit the turkey filet to form a "pouch".
- Stuffing: combine fresh chanterelles with Ricotta cheese, add finely chopped onion and pressed 2 cloves of garlic.
- Stuff the fillet with the stuffing, fry in olive oil in a skillet until browned.
- Then put it in the oven, water it and leave it for 20-25 minutes at 180° C.
- Vegetables:
In an ovenproof dish, place peeled and roughly diced yams, thickly striped leek and onion quarters. Add fresh thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper and olive oil. Place in an oven preheated to 200 C for 20-25 minutes.
