Ingredients
- package of diced turkey thigh meat
- 500 gr of red beans in marinade
- 250 gr of small mushrooms
- piece of fresh ginger root
- 1 onion
- dried herbs of Provence
- 4 tomatoes
- vegetable bouillon
- parsley
- ground sweet paprika
- ground hot bell pepper
- ground smoked paprika
- 100 ml canola oil
- 2 chili peppers
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat a frying pan and brown the meat, pour in the broth and simmer covered until tender.
- Add chopped tomatoes, beans and cook for a further 15-20 minutes.
- In a second pan, glaze onions in oil, then add mushrooms. When the water evaporates add everything to the meat.
- o the resulting stew add grated ginger and spices.
- Simmer for another 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with grilled chili pepper halves.
