Big Burger

Ingredients
- 1 package Burger grill party
- 2 light sesame seed buns
- a few leaves of Lolla Bianco or Rosso lettuce
- 2 hen eggs
- 4 slices of not too fatty raw smoked bacon
- 1 large tomato
- small fresh green cucumber
- 1 large red onion
- radish or beet leaves
- 0.5 kg of small potatoes
- bunch of cherry tomatoes
- harissa sauce / hot bell pepper
- salt and pepper
- ground red sweet paprika
Preparation
- The Grill Party burgers are formed and seasoned, so place them on a charcoal or contact grill and toast them for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, we make sautéed eggs until the yolk is set. We roast slices of bacon.
- Arrange lettuce leaves, a slice of tomato, a few slices of fresh cucumber and a few large onion rings on the bottom part of the cut bun and cover the burger.
- On top of it, we put more onion rings, two slices of bacon and another burger. On this we put a fried egg and cover with the top part of the bun.
- Serve with spicy Harissa pepper sauce (or other, depending on your preference)

French fries and roasted tomatoes
Thoroughly wash small potatoes and cut them into quarters or sixths without peeling the skin. Then we deep fry them in oil (in a deep fryer) for 3 - 4 minutes and season them with salt, pepper and red pepper after taking them out. Prepare the tomatoes in the same way, but without adding seasoning and definitely shorter, until the skin starts to come off.
