Ingredients
- a package of turkey thighs
- 5 pieces of bay leaves
- thyme
- rosemary
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 g of dried prunes
- 50 g dried apricots
- 50 g raisins
- 5 g ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Put the turkey roulade in an ovenproof dish, add herbs, scrub with olive oil then water.
- and bake in the oven (turning occasionally and watering down with own sauce) at 200° C for about 50 minutes.
- Smoked fruit sauce - in a pot of water, boil dried prunes and apricots, raisins and ground cinnamon. Cool, blend, puree through a fine sieve. We boil again, add cinnamon, salt and pepper.
- Silesian noodles:
You can buy ready-made in a packet or make it yourself! Mash or grind in a machine boiled potatoes, add potato flour (about 25% of the volume of the potato mass) salt the whole and form the dough into small balls. With your finger or the end of a spoon make characteristic indentations. Keep in hot water on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring gently and being careful not to let the water boil - this will give you a smooth surface of noodles.
